Masakan ini sebenernya uda gue masak beberapa hari lalu.....beberapa minggu lalu kali yeee....lupa juga gue, cuma belom sempet gue posting di mari. Nah, secara ni ari gue kagak masak (againnn!!!), jadi gue share resep chicken chop aja yahhhh.......Chicken chop ini sedikit beda dari yang biasa gue beli di kantin bawah kantor gue waktu gue masih kerja dulu, kalo kantin gue dulu bikinnya ayamnya di goreng krispi pake tepung baru di sirem ama saus nya, sedangkan chicken chop yang gue bikin ini kagak gue goreng pake tepung.
Ya udah dehhhhh kita langsung aja yukkkk nyobain chicken chop yang resepnya gue ambil dari "The Flavours of Chicken & Duck" by Josten Tan.
Chicken Chop
Ingredients:
3 pieces of chicken thighs
Marinade:
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Sauce (mix well):
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
150 ml water
Directions:
Rinse the chicken drumstick and pat-dry. Season with marinade, mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Deep-fry the marinated chicken drumstick into hot oil until cooked and golden brown. Remove, set aside.
Leave 2 tbsp oil in the preheated wok, add in sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Place in prefried chicken drumstick, simmer over low heat until the sauce is slightly absorbed or thicken. Dish up, serve at once.
